Departure: Friday, August 7, 2026 at 4:00pm from New Life Christian Center
1062 E Tabernacle St., St. George, UT
Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off their youth at the church.

Return: Sunday, August 9, 2026 after the Sunday service. Parents/guardians are responsible for picking up their youth.

I understand that registration is complete once the Registration Form, Medical Information Form, Parent Consent & Liability Waiver, and the $75 Retreat payment have all been received by the Uttermost Leadership Team.
